Shocking customer service, so rude and unhelpful. All done over email, asked for someone to call me or contact at complaints dept. Sarcastic and very unprofessional. Order wasn’t complete when it finally arrived and poor excuse for its delay... AVOID!
Customer service isn’t great. Products aren’t the highest quality and don’t always last long. They are better for extensions than for natural nails. Colours do not match what they advertise and very rude customer service. I’ve contacted them various times and they either ignore me or be rude. If the customer is not happy it should be dealt with professionally.
